Personal, consumer, or non-business use of the Platform is not recommended.

Access to certain features requires registration of an account.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep such information updated.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.

Managing user access within your organization.

All actions performed under your account.

Protecting login credentials from unauthorized access.

You must immediately notify us of any suspected unauthorized access or security incident.

3.2 Authentication Methods

3.3 Organizational Accounts

Organizations are responsible for managing employee, contractor, consultant, and subcontractor access to the Platform.

Actions performed by authorized users shall be deemed actions of the organization.

Arqi provides software tools designed to support construction project management and business operations.

4.1 Feature Availability

The Company continuously improves the Platform and reserves the right to release updates, modifications, and new functionality without prior notice.

Certain features may require an active paid subscription.

5.1 Subscription Plans

Pricing, features, limitations, and billing periods are displayed before purchase and may vary by plan.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through authorized third-party providers, including PayPal.

The Company does not store complete payment card information.

Scrape Platform data.

Interfere with service operations.

Impersonate another individual or organization.

Arqi is a construction management and business operations platform designed to assist organizations with administrative, operational, and project management activities.

The Platform is intended solely as an internal business management tool.

10.1 No Professional Advice

Information, reports, calculations, dashboards, summaries, forecasts, estimates, recommendations, and AI-generated outputs are provided solely for informational and operational purposes.

Nothing within the Platform constitutes engineering, legal, accounting, tax, auditing, procurement, financial, or project management advice.

10.2 Internal Use Only

Reports, estimates, quotations, budgets, invoices, schedules, procurement records, progress billings, analytics, and AI-generated outputs are intended solely for internal business use.

The Company does not guarantee that any Platform-generated output is suitable for submission to:

Clients

Project Owners

Government Agencies

Courts

Auditors

Financial Institutions

Regulators

Insurance Providers

Third Parties

Users are solely responsible for validating and approving all information prior to external use.

10.3 Costing and Estimation Disclaimer

Construction costs, labor rates, equipment costs, supplier pricing, overhead allocations, markups, and profit calculations may vary significantly.

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, profitability, competitiveness, or suitability of any estimate, budget, quotation, bill of quantities, bill of materials, forecast, or cost projection.

10.4 Billing and Financial Records Disclaimer

Arqi provides tools to create and organize invoices, progress billings, payment records, collection records, and financial documentation.

The Company does not verify the accuracy, completeness, legality, validity, enforceability, or correctness of financial information created by users.

10.5 Fraud, Misrepresentation, and Data Manipulation

The Company shall not be responsible or liable for:

The Company shall not be liable for project delays, cost overruns, budget variances, procurement disputes, contractual disputes, labor disputes, construction defects, business losses, or project failures.

10.7 User Verification Obligation

Users must independently verify all calculations, reports, schedules, invoices, estimates, budgets, contracts, procurement records, and AI-generated outputs before relying upon them.

Arqi may utilize third-party providers to operate the Platform.

11.1 Service Providers

11.2 Third-Party Responsibility

The Company is not responsible for the actions, availability, security, performance, or policies of third-party providers.

The Company implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information.
